This is the ultimate offroad adventure! It is commonly referred to as white knuckled driving experience. This will truly test your offroad skills. After we get your attention, then we go into some scenic trails on the island. See details below

Join us in using the 2007 Jeep Rubicons to their limits.
8:00 am Friday morning
Arrive at Sandy Korners and be greeted by your guide with instructions and introductions to your fellow adventurers. Breakfast is waiting down the road in about 45 minutes. Touring thru the back roads and byways of Michigan, keeping in mind your goal, DRUMMOND ISLAND. Driving over the Mackinaw Bridge, heading to the ferry at De Tour Village that will bring you to the wilderness of Drummond Island.
After check-in at your lakefront chalet, relax enjoy the hot tub while your grilled steak awaits you. Dinner and conversation ends the first day of the Drummond Island Challenge.
Saturday Morning

Your breakfast awaits you at the Bear Tracks Restaurant. A short drive puts you into the most rigorous four wheeling you have ever experienced.
You will encounter wild life, and or signs of wildlife you would rather not meet on the trail. Fresh bear tracks reminds you that you are not alone on Drummond.
Turtle Ridge Off Road Park

Day 1-
Upper park
Today you will learn how to navigate rock, ledges and more
, remember thumbs outside of your steering wheel!
After a full day of gnarly trails,rocks, stumps,ridges, you will finally rest back at the chalets with dinner and enjoying the much needed soothing of the hot tub
Sunday Morning

After breakfast at the Bear Track, you will be ready for another day of trails, mud , rocks and obstacles thru the wilds of Drummond . One of the undeveloped tracts of land on the island
The lower section of the Turtle Ridge Offroad Park is home to The Citadel, you will conquer The Citadel from almost every angle.
Make sure you bring a change of boots,
for the possibility of not making a mud hole,
looms over every driver especially the last one. Dinner is Pasties, a Upper favorite back at the lodge with plenty of time to enjoy the sunset, hot tub and new friends .
Monday Morning
A continental breakfast at your lodging starts your final day. A stop at the Northwood Gift Shop gives you an opportunity to purchase souvenirs. Now that you have adventures and many happy memories and pictures to share, the ferry crossing brings you back to the real world and its challenges. Lunch on the way back to Sandy Korners is provided.
